Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my order?


Once your order is successfully submitted, we will then process your order the following business day. It is then that it is picked, packed, and shipped. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date (typically 3-5 business days from date of shipment). Please Note: Estimated delivery dates may vary depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of NEWLINGE’s, and courier’s, control.




What do I do if I never received my order?


If you have not received your order kindly, send us an email at support@newlinge.com. Our team will open a claim on your behalf. We will thoroughly look into all aspects of why your order has not arrived. Based on our investigation we will do our best to come to a satisfactory resolution.




Do you offer subscriptions?


We know reordering/restocking products can be tedious therefore we do offer subscriptions on some of our products. If you subscribe to any of our available products you will be billed every 30 days until you cancel your subscription. Cancelling is as easy as going in to your account portal and clicking on the "My Subscriptions" link. A list of all your subscriptions is available and you can easily choose which products you no longer wish to be subscribed to. Alternatively, you can send us an email at support@newlinge.com and we will be more than happy to assist you with your inquiry.
